On Tuesday evening, a serious road accident in Guzara district, Herat, killed 76 people, including 19 children. The bus, which was carrying Afghan migrants returning from Iran, collided with a motorcycle and a truck, causing a fire due to the fuel carried by the truck. Police attributed the accident to excessive speed and driver negligence. The incident comes amid the mass expulsion of undocumented Afghans from Iran.
