According to polls, 56.7% of Americans disapprove of his policies, and 61% criticize the way he has managed the war, amid rising fuel prices.

Support remains strong among Republicans, with 71% considering the intervention justified, and 69% approving of the management of the conflict, although they expect a quick resolution. In contrast, the opposition is overwhelming among Democrats: 90% disapprove of the president's actions, and 88% consider the attack a mistake.
