The U.S. Central Command announced that a U.S. Navy helicopter intercepted a commercial vessel in the Arabian Sea, launched by a U.S. Navy helicopter from a guided missile destroyer.
This action is part of efforts to enforce U.S. sanctions and implement the blockade against ships entering or leaving Iranian ports.
According to a post on platform X, U.S. forces continue to monitor and control maritime activities in the region, noting that 37 vessels have been redirected since the start of the blockade.
These measures underscore the U.S. commitment to maintain pressure on Iran in the context of current geopolitical tensions.
