The Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani, will have meetings at the White House with high-ranking officials, including the Secretary of State and, likely, President Trump, to address the Israeli attack on Hamas leaders in Doha. The attack has been condemned internationally, with fears of escalating tensions in the region. Qatar plays a crucial role in mediating negotiations for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, as well as in the release of hostages. Trump stated that the attack does not serve the interests of the United States or Israel.
