The police in Abu Dhabi announced the arrest of 109 individuals of various nationalities, accused of filming and distributing inflammatory information about the war in the Middle East. Authorities emphasized that these acts can incite hatred and spread rumors among the population.

Measures to control online content have intensified across the region, especially in the context of escalating tensions, with Iran targeting American interests and civilian infrastructure. In Qatar, over 300 foreign nationals have been arrested for spreading false information, while Bahrain and Kuwait have adopted similar measures to limit disinformation during the regional conflict.
