The spokesperson for the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, stated that the Russian army constantly detects foreign languages on the front line, referring to foreign fighters supporting Ukraine. Peskov emphasized that these fighters will be "destroyed" by Russian forces. Russia has repeatedly claimed that NATO military personnel are present in Ukraine, and its interceptions have revealed conversations in English and French. Although NATO supports Ukraine, the alliance has not sent soldiers on the ground, according to official statements. However, sources from the American press suggest that US and European intelligence agencies have a significant presence in Ukraine.
