Mark Rutte, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, stated that for Ukraine to join NATO, a consensus among all allies is necessary, emphasizing that, at present, this consensus does not exist. He expressed his belief that the efforts of the United States will contribute to restoring peace in Europe, welcoming American initiatives to end the conflict in Ukraine. Rutte also announced that he expects allies to contribute new resources to the PURL Program, aimed at funding the Ukrainian army. Additionally, he stated that decisions regarding Ukraine's NATO membership are exclusive to member states, emphasizing that Russia has no say in this process.
