Mark Rutte, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, stated that for Ukraine to join NATO, a consensus among all allies is necessary, emphasizing that, at present, this consensus does not exist. He expressed his belief that the efforts of the United States will contribute to restoring peace in Europe, welcoming American initiatives to end the conflict in Ukraine.
