Tesla's revenue fell to $21.3 billion from $23.3 billion in the same period last year. The company reported a profit of $1.13 billion, compared with $2.2 billion in the first quarter of 2023. That marks the first quarterly decline since early 2020. Tesla shares rose 6% in after-hours trading.
