Ukrainian soldiers claim that Starlink terminals produced by Elon Musk have contributed significantly to Russian offensives on the Eastern front, allowing them to improve their control over movements, maneuvers, artillery and infantry. The terminals are purchased from sites that sell the devices directly, and access to them has been difficult for the US and Ukraine to limit.
