Business activity has been severely hit in Bulgaria's Shumen Plateau, where hoteliers and restaurants are demanding compensation after the search for a black panther led to access restrictions in the park. The area has been controlled by police since June 20 and business owners were not informed in advance about the bans. Yuliy Dimitrov, a local entrepreneur, emphasizes the negative impact on customer visits and financial losses, especially in the active tourist season, when weather conditions affect the number of visitors.
