<p>49 passengers, all Thais, were on a road trip when the accident happened in Prachinburi province, about 100 kilometers from the capital Bangkok. Following the tragedy, Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra announced an investigation and stressed the importance of road safety standards.
