Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said Serbia will not impose sanctions against Russia, maintaining its stable foreign policy.

Serbia will continue not to impose sanctions on Russia, according to President Aleksandar Vucic, who emphasizes that his policy is backed by the citizens. Despite comments by European affairs minister Nemanja Starovic, who suggested a possible alignment with EU sanctions, Vucic dismissed the idea as negligent. He stressed that the refusal to impose sanctions is a matter of sovereignty and not loyalty to Russia, adding that Serbia will maintain its independence in foreign policy.
