<p>Vucic admitted the mistake and said he took the blame for the pro-Ukraine vote, suggesting he was tired and burdened. Serbia, which has close ties with Russia, was among 93 countries that backed the resolution, despite Russia's opposition. The vote was seen as a significant step given Serbia's close historical and economic ties with Russia.
