Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that Russia is not interested in a ceasefire but in a "lasting peace" in Ukraine, imposing five difficult conditions. These include the demilitarization of Ukraine, denazification, lifting of sanctions and the return of confiscated assets.
