Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that Russia is not interested in a ceasefire but in a "lasting peace" in Ukraine, imposing five difficult conditions. These include the demilitarization of Ukraine, denazification, lifting of sanctions and the return of confiscated assets. Lavrov emphasizes the importance of eliminating threats to Russia's security, such as NATO expansion, and respect for human rights in Kiev-controlled regions. He also called for international recognition of new territories annexed by Russia.
