Analysis of logistical data shows that Russia has depleted its Soviet-era weapons stockpiles, reducing its military shipments from 242,000 tons in 2022 to 119,000 tons in 2025. In this context, Russia is becoming increasingly dependent on supplies from China and North Korea, which provide ammunition and equipment. Russia's defense industry is also receiving aid from Iran, underlining a decline in self-sufficiency and an adaptation of military tactics.
