The NGO Save Ukraine has denounced the creation by the Russian authorities of an online catalog of 294 Ukrainian children offered for adoption on the basis of their physical features. Most of the children were abducted from the Luhansk region and their parents were killed or forced to accept Russian documents. Ukraine has identified more than 19,500 abducted children, with real estimates ranging from 200,000 to 300,000. The abductions are considered war crimes and the international community has condemned the actions.
