Russia claims to have gained full control of the Luhansk region.

Over 99% of the territory of the Lugansk region, annexed by Russia in September 2022, is under Moscow's control, claims the Kremlin.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the capture of the village of Verhnia Pisarivka in the Kharkiv region and the locality of Boikove in Zaporizhzhia. Russia is currently conducting a spring offensive, targeting the fortified cities in Donetsk, such as Konstantinovka, Slaviansk, Kramatorsk, Liman, and Pokrovsk.

The spokesperson for the Ukrainian army stated that Moscow intends to occupy Konstantinovka by April 25 and the entire Donetsk region by the end of the year.

The cession of the entire Donbas is a demand from Moscow in negotiations with Kyiv, part of the U.S. 28-point plan for ending the conflict. Russia threatens to tighten the conditions for peace if Ukraine does not withdraw its forces from the fortified cities.
