Russia and Ukraine have conducted a 146 prisoner-of-war exchange brokered by the United Arab Emirates, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

On Sunday, Russia and Ukraine carried out a prisoner of war exchange, with each side releasing 146 people, with the help of the United Arab Emirates. The Russian defense ministry announced that all the freed Russians are now in Belarus, where they will receive psychological and medical assistance. Ukraine has also handed over eight Russian citizens from the Kursk region to Moscow.
