Australian airline Qantas has detected unusual activity on a third-party platform, exposing the data of six million customers, including names, email addresses and phone numbers. Although financial information was not compromised, Qantas has isolated the system and notified authorities. CEO Vanessa Hudson apologized to customers, stressing there would be no impact on operations. The attack joins a series of security breaches in Australia that highlight the vulnerability of the public and private sector.
