Putin also announced plans to build 38 new nuclear reactors, which will be located in the Urals, Siberia, and the Far East, with a total capacity equivalent to that of all current nuclear power plants. These facilities will power the data centers necessary for AI development, which he considers an absolute priority for the future of Russia.
