Kate, 42, has spent nearly two weeks in the London Clinic hospital recovering from unspecified surgery. The princess is expected to need several months to recover. King Charles, on the other hand, remained hospitalized at the same clinic after undergoing surgery on Friday for prostatic hypertrophy.
