11 people are missing following floods in southern China.

Flooding caused by heavy rains in Guangdong province, China's most populous province, has left 11 people missing. Tens of thousands of residents have been evacuated from affected areas. Some 53,000 people have been relocated as bad weather also caused landslides in mountainous areas.
