Norway has announced the lifting of restrictions imposed in 2019 on the export of military equipment to Turkey, allowing licenses to be requested again.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Oslo issued a statement informing that licenses for the export of military equipment and dual-use goods to Turkey can again be applied for under normal conditions. The decision to lift the restrictions comes a year after Norway suspended the processing of new applications for arms exports to Turkey.
