Netanyahu ordered the Israeli Defense Forces to present an action plan within 48 hours to prevent Hamas from controlling humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. The decision comes as the area has been marred by violence and entry points have become sites of attacks on Palestinians. Private security organizations, including some run by former CIA agents, are also involved in the security situation in the region.
