Netanyahu outlined five principles for ending the conflict: disarming Hamas, returning hostages, demilitarizing Gaza, Israeli security control and establishing an alternative civilian administration. He emphasized that Israel's goal is not the occupation but the liberation of Gaza from Hamas.
