Mark Rutte, NATO's Secretary General, emphasized the importance of this initiative, mentioning the rapid progress in addressing drone threats, through the development of proprietary technologies and by sharing lessons learned, especially from Ukraine's experience. Rutte reaffirmed NATO's commitment to the collective defense of Romania, highlighting the importance of the presence of allied troops and the increased attention given to the Black Sea region. The NATO foreign ministers' meeting will address support for Ukraine and the strengthening of the Alliance's deterrence and defense capabilities.
