Mark Rutte stated that NATO is prepared to defend every inch of allied territory, in the context of recent security incidents in Northern Europe, where suspicious drones caused chaos at the airports in Copenhagen and Oslo. The Danish Prime Minister described these events as a serious attack on critical infrastructure, while the Norwegian Prime Minister suggested that there are links between the respective incidents. Rutte emphasized that Russia must know that NATO will not hesitate to act if necessary.
