NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has said that European member states of the alliance will have access to funds to buy weapons from the US for Ukraine. He also warned that countries such as Brazil, China and India could face severe sanctions if they continue doing business with Russia. Rutte emphasized that following talks with Donald Trump, NATO will support Ukraine with military equipment, including missiles and ammunition, while several member states have pledged financially to the effort.
