Suleyman invoked the 'biological naturalism' theory of philosopher John Searle, which argues that consciousness is only possible through the processes of a living brain. He also mentioned that Microsoft will not develop erotic chatbots, contrary to other companies in the field, stating that there are areas where the company will not venture.
