Elon Musk has rejected the idea of a merger between Tesla and xAI, but confirmed that he will hold a vote to decide whether Tesla should invest in his artificial intelligence startup. Musk emphasized the already existing ties between the two companies, including the integration of AI technologies into Tesla vehicles. Recently, SpaceX has planned a significant investment in xAI, and Musk noted that xAI requires considerable financial resources to continue innovation. The Tesla shareholder vote will take place on November 6.
