Hackers linked to Russian intelligence services have broken into Microsoft's email servers.

According to information released by Microsoft, the hacker group is known as 'Midnight Blizzard', suspected of links to Russian intelligence services, was responsible for the attack. They managed to gain access to the accounts of Microsoft employees, including senior management. The company says the hackers did not gain access to customer accounts or production systems.
