At a G20 conference, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that Russia is in 'war' with NATO and the EU, accusing them of directly participating in the conflict in Ukraine. The comments come in the context where Donald Trump is adjusting his approach to the conflict, suggesting that Ukraine can win the war and that NATO should have the right to shoot down Russian drones.
