He discussed plans to build fences, concrete barriers and anti-tank obstacles, noting that Latvia will invest €300 million between 2024 and 2028 to strengthen the 400-kilometer border. The President emphasized the importance of continued security and cooperation with NATO to deter Russian aggression.
