More than 30 universities in Iran have been targeted since the beginning of the conflict with the USA and Israel. Tehran promises measures against American universities.

The Iranian Minister of Science, Hossein Simai Sarraf, stated that over 30 universities in Iran have been directly targeted by attacks since the beginning of the war with the United States and Israel, starting from the end of February. During a visit to Shahid Beheshti University in northern Tehran, Sarraf emphasized the seriousness of the situation and warned that Iran will take measures against American universities in the Middle East in response to these attacks. Tehran continues to reaffirm its position against external interventions, promising a firm response against those deemed responsible for destabilizing the region.
