The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, rejected on Tuesday the accusations that Iran had launched missiles at Turkey, stating that the information is "completely unfounded." In a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, Araghchi proposed a joint investigation to clarify the situation.

His statements come after the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced that NATO forces intercepted a ballistic missile launched from Iran, which entered Turkish airspace. The interception was confirmed by NATO spokesperson Allison Hart, and it was the fourth intercepted missile in recent weeks, following similar incidents on March 4, 9, and 13. Araghchi warned about "operations carried out by enemies" and offered "technical cooperation" to examine these accusations.
