Peter Magyar, the leader of the Tisza Party and designated Prime Minister of Hungary, announced the organization of a public celebration lasting an entire day, scheduled for next Saturday, May 20, in Budapest. This festivity will mark the regime change and will take place in Kossuth Square and along the Danube promenade, in front of the Parliament, on the occasion of the establishment of the new legislature of the National Assembly and the vote for the position of Prime Minister, following the parliamentary elections on April 12, won by the Tisza Party. The inaugural session of the National Assembly will begin at 10:00 AM, being broadcast live on screens. The investiture vote and the oath-taking will take place at 3:00 PM, and the public celebration will continue with a military parade and a flag-raising ceremony, starting at 4:00 PM.
