Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban attends the EU-Western Balkans summit in Brussels, where he will present the results of the Hungarian Presidency of the EU Council. Orban will then hold talks in Sofia with Bulgarian leaders before traveling to Bucharest to meet his Romanian counterpart Marcel Ciolacu.
