HP won a favorable ruling from the High Court in London, ruling that it is entitled to recover £698 million in losses from the Autonomy acquisition, plus $47.5 million for other losses. Lynch, who died in 2025 in a maritime accident, has always maintained he was innocent, and his family said HP's claim was exaggerated.
