Rains have caused rising river levels and flooding in 104 municipalities. Weather warnings indicate a continued risk of flooding across the state with the prospect of heavy rainfall. The state governor conveyed condolences and assured that efforts to find missing persons are ongoing, over 1,400 people have been displaced.
