Boris Pistorius' visit to Washington aims to strengthen military cooperation between Germany and the US, especially in the context of aid for Ukraine. Germany plans to purchase Patriot air defense systems for Ukraine. The talks will also include the presence of US troops in Germany in the context of Trump's pledge to keep troops there.
