The FSB has announced the detention of two spies from the Republic of Moldova, suspected to have been coordinated by the Intelligence and Security Service in Chisinau. The two Moldovans, with false documents, allegedly came to Moscow to carry out missions against Russian security. The Russian authorities accuse the SIS of recruiting and coordinating their actions through a director of the agency. They face up to eight years in prison for cooperating with a foreign organization.
