Elon Musk reacted vehemently on Tuesday after losing a $150 billion lawsuit against his former partners at OpenAI, Sam Altman and Greg Brockman. Musk accused the two of 'stealing a charitable organization' and harshly criticized the court's decision, stating that the judge and jury did not decide on the merits, but only on procedural issues.

The billionaire reiterated the accusations, claiming that Altman and Brockman unjustly enriched themselves through the company's restructuring. Musk announced that he would appeal the verdict to the Court of Appeals, arguing that the court's decision creates a dangerous precedent for the philanthropic sector in the U.S.

He emphasized that OpenAI was founded for the benefit of all humanity, and the lawsuit was generated by the company's transformation from a non-profit organization into a commercial structure. OpenAI, founded in 2015, has become one of the most influential companies in the field of artificial intelligence and is preparing for an initial public offering valued at approximately $1 trillion.
