Elon Musk, CEO of X (formerly Twitter), launched a violent attack against French prosecutors, referring to them as "mental retards" in a post on his social network.

His comments came in the context of a judicial investigation opened in France, which is investigating possible abuses related to the dissemination of images of child pornography on the X platform. The investigation, led by the national cybercrime unit, was triggered after Musk failed to respond to a subpoena for a hearing.

In his post, Musk used homophobic expressions and criticized judges, comparing them to "a chocolate euro" and "a pink flamingo in a fluorescent skirt." The social network denounced the searches conducted at its headquarters as an "abusive judicial act" and rejected allegations of breaking the law, stating that it will not be intimidated by these actions.
