On October 31, 2025, China launched the Shenzhou-21 mission from the Jiuquan Center, marking the sixth mission with a human crew. On board are three astronauts, including Wu Fei, the youngest Chinese astronaut, at the age of 32. They are accompanied by four mice, which will be used for scientific experiments in the Tiangong space station. The mission will last six months and will include 27 research projects in fields such as biotechnology and aerospace medicine. Scientists will analyze the effects of the space environment on the behavior and health of the mice. This mission is considered an important step for future scientific research and the development of space technologies.
