In a joint statement, Beijing and Moscow emphasized that unilateral coercive measures are illegal and highlighted the need to prevent abuses by countries that hold monopolies in the global economy, without explicitly mentioning the United States.

Xi emphasized areas of cooperation such as energy, agriculture, and the digital economy, while Mishustin stressed the importance of creating favorable conditions for mutual investments.
