Italian group Campari has announced the sale of its Cinzano vermouth and Frattina grappa brands to Caffo Group 1915 for €100 million. The transaction, to be finalized by the end of 2025, is intended to streamline Campari's portfolio, allowing a better focus on core brands. The brands sold represented approximately 2% of Campari's total net sales in 2024.
