The Bulgarian Prime Minister, Rosen Zhelyazkov, stated in parliament on Thursday that the aircraft of the President of the European Commission was not disturbed, but only experienced a partial interruption of the signal, similar to that encountered in densely populated areas. The initial accusations were made by the Bulgarian authorities on Sunday, and on Thursday, both the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Grozdan Karadzhov, denied the existence of any evidence regarding the disturbance of the GPS signal of the President's flight.
