Known for his experiment to slow down aging, biohacker Bryan Johnson recently expressed concern that he has taken his obsession with longevity too far. His message came after he was diagnosed with autoimmune atrophic gastritis, a condition that had gone undetected for years despite rigorous medical investigations.

Johnson, who has spent millions of dollars and adopted extreme measures to reduce his biological age, acknowledged that his lifestyle choices from youth, including unhealthy eating and stress, may have contributed to his health condition.

Although he has been ridiculed for his unusual methods, he claims that without the health concerns of the past five years, his situation would have been much worse. Johnson has gained international notoriety, including through a Netflix documentary, and he funds his longevity project with the usual money from the sale of his company Braintree.
