Blaine Milam, 35 years old, was declared dead after a lethal injection administered at the prison in Huntsville, Texas, having been convicted of the murder of Amora Carson in 2008. In his final statement, Milam thanked his supporters and the prison chaplain, urging everyone to accept Jesus Christ. This was one of two executions that night in the U.S., totaling 33 executions this year.
