A Reuters investigation shows that the pattern of the Kremlin's campaign involves launching recruitment messages on a Telegram account promoted on pro-Russian social media, where, for example, under the guise of being a Russian speaker, an individual claiming to be Valeri Ivanov offered payments of 10 thousand euros to commit acts of sabotage in Europe. The incident highlights the worrying rise in such recruitment attempts in Europe, with suspicions that Russian paid agents may be involved.
